HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping cost may vary by item.


PROCESSING TIME

As soon as we receive your order, we process your item in 2-3 business days; this includes production time since most of the products are made to order.

Estimated Delivery Time

We will send tracking information to the email used during the purchase as soon as the order is processed. It may take approximately 10-20 days for delivery.

If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the date of the original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.

(This policy excludes errors customers make when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

RETURNS AND REFUND GUARANTEE

For items received that are not as we described in our listing and defective items, we will cover the return shipping cost and replace the item ASAP.

*All returns must be in their original packaging and condition and made within 30 days of delivery.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

*For non-defective items and items that are received in 100% condition, we charge a 30% restocking fee. *Please note there is a 30% restocking fee for *Custom apparel, flags, and custom design items.

 

We will send you a return label as soon as we receive your request, and as soon as we receive the item you returned, we will process your refund minus the 30% Restocking Fee.

All returns must be in their original packaging and condition and made within 30 days of delivery.

Crowncourtshop has the right to refuse returns that pass the 30 days allowed time after delivery.
